A Test Run form is unique to the Tests module in that it is independent of Test Groups and Test Cases. It is independent because it does not fall into the tree hierarchy of the Test Groups or Test Cases in their relevant trees. A Test Run can contain Test Cases from any or all Test Groups; when new Test Runs are created, all of the project’s Test Cases display on the Test Case tab for the user to choose from.

To perform a Test Run, select a radio button for each Test Step to verify whether the Test Step passed, failed, had no result, or was not applicable. Access the dialog to enter test results from the Test Run form page (not dialog), in the Results section. To perform a Test Run, click the form ID link for the Test Steps that require completion. Once completed, the new test results display in the same section
